I always loved the BMW brand. The quality of their products both externally and internally amazes me. I stumbled upon BMW shares and decided to purchase a few shares at 72.50 USD. Luckily after 12 hours I was able to earn 3.70% already.
My intention is to keep this stock in the long term as it gives reliable and stable dividends. For the past 5 years it has declared an average dividend of 4%.
I bought the stock at a P/E ratio of 12times or around 8% earnings yield. The 5 year ROE is at 13.54%.
Profit drivers will be from future Electric Vehicle Sales and the growth of the Emerging Economies which may spur demand for more luxury vehicles.
